Schaeffler’s Vehicle Lifetime Solutions division has launched its first REPXPERT Mobile Technical Training Van in the Philippines, the second of its kind in Southeast Asia, bringing hands-on technical training directly to independent garages. The mobile training van is equipped to provide in-depth information and practical skills for complex vehicle repairs. It features Schaeffler’s comprehensive repair solutions for engine, transmission, and chassis systems under its INA, LuK, and FAG brands, respectively, as well as maintenance solutions from the Schaeffler TruPower brand.
According to Mr. Jay Durante, Country Manager of Schaeffler Philippines, the mobile platform is an investment in local talent, giving mechanics access to real-world training and trusted OEM solutions. This allows them to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market. Complementing the on-ground training is the REPXPERT garage portal and a free-to-download mobile application, which provide independent workshops with a digital hub for technical information and repair solutions.
