President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has appointed lawyer Anna Liza Logan as the new Chief Presidential Legal Counsel.
Palace press officer Claire Castro made the announcement in a Malacañang press briefing on Tuesday.
Logan replaces the late Juan Ponce Enrile, who passed away on November 13.
She had served as the Office of the President’s Deputy Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs before her new appointment.
Other officials appointed to the Office of the Executive Secretary are Senior Deputy Executive Secretary Maria Luwalhati Dorotan Tiuseco, Deputy Executive Secretary for General Administration Danielle Marie Rieza-Culangen, Deputy Executive Secretary for Financial Affairs Joseph Irvin Obenza, Deputy Executive Secretary for Legal Affairs Jesse Hermogenes Andres, Undersecretary for Economic Affairs Erwin Sta. Ana, and Assistant Secretary Alemar Mosquito.
