Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Undersecretary Claire Castro on Saturday named former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) secretary Rogelio Singson and SGV & Co.’s country managing partner Rossana Fajardo as members of the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI).
Meanwhile, Baguio Mayor Benjamin Magalong will serve as special advisor and investigator for the independent probe panel.
Castro added that Marcos will name the ICI’s chairperson in the coming days.
Marcos previously signed Executive Order 94, creating the ICI to investigate alleged misuse of funds and corruption in flood control and other government projects.
The ad hoc body is authorized to hold hearings, issue subpoenas, recommend criminal and administrative cases, and freeze assets linked to irregularities.
