Carelon Global Solutions Philippines ranked third in the 2026 Best Workplaces in the Philippines by Great Place To Work, announced March 19 at Conrad Manila.
The company climbed from ninth place last year in the large company category, reflecting stronger employee trust and workplace satisfaction. The recognition also supports its push to expand higher-value and more complex work in the country.
This direction comes as the International Labour Organization reports a global rise in informal jobs, leaving many workers with limited access to social protection, workplace rights, and job security.
“Given the various industry headwinds, we have focused on expanding capabilities, upskilling employees, and elevating the quality of work. We also engage our people regularly to understand how best to support them,” said chief country executive Nicki Agcaoili.
The company, which operates in contact center and clinical nursing services, provides support programs such as meal subsidies, 24/7 clinics, and transportation allowances. It also fosters a culture of trust and inclusion, extending opportunities to more than 20 Filipinos aged 60 and above who continue to work beyond retirement age.
An internal job placement program allows employees to move across departments and develop new skills.
Carelon also earned honors at the Asian Management Excellence Awards, including Executive of the Year and Team of the Year for Health Products and Services.
