Mynt, the parent company of GCash, warned the public Wednesday to avoid and report social media posts or communications claiming to offer “early access” or “pre-sale” of Mynt shares.

“If Mynt undertakes any offering of securities in the future, it will do so in accordance with applicable laws and regulations,” the company said.

“The public is urged to remain vigilant, never click any suspicious link, and avoid sharing personal information or funds with these unauthorized entities,” Mynt added.

To report suspicious investment schemes or fraudulent posts, Mynt said the public may contact the official GCash Help Center via the app or message “Gigi” on the GCash website at help.gcash.com
