Chaired by Department of Finance (DOF) Secretary Frederick Go and co-chaired by Department of Economy, Planning and Development (DEPDev) Secretary Arsenio Balisacan, the Investment Coordination Committee-Cabinet Committee (ICC-CC) convenes on Feb. 9, 2026 to deliberate on project proposals submitted by various government implementing agencies. The committee’s recommendation will be elevated to the Economy and Development (ED) Council, chaired by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. for final approval.
