Avida Land, the mid-income residential arm of Ayala Land Inc., has launched a new high-rise condominium project in Katipunan, Quezon City, which could generate up to P6.6 billion in sales.
Avida Land president Raquel Cruz said during the launching The Heights Katipunan, the brand’s first vertical development after a long time, would serve the sustained demand from residential units along the Katipunan corridor.
The project will rise on a 1,833-square-meter property and feature 33 residential floors with a total of 758 units. It is scheduled for completion in September 2030 and is now open for pre-selling, with prices starting at P6.7 million.
Since the project was launched early this month, Avida Land has sold 119 units worth P900 million.
Avida Land chief operating officer Aris Gonzales said the development is positioned to benefit from sustained interest along the Katipunan corridor, which has seen relatively limited new condominium launches in recent years.
