Ayala Land Inc. and Eton Properties Philippines reinforced their commitment to developing the greenest urban estate in Metro Manila through a tree-planting activity at the Parklinks Eco Forest.
The event involved students from Multiple Intelligence International School and highlighted the estate’s role as a next-generation sustainable development that integrates large-scale green infrastructure and biodiversity into dense city environments.
The 35-hectare Parklinks estate allots 50 percent of its total land area to parks and open spaces, treating greenery as core urban infrastructure rather than an afterthought.
The masterplan prioritizes walkability and ecological connectivity to redefine sustainable living in the capital.
ALI Eton Property Development Corp. and Ayala Land Estates president Christopher Maglanoc said the project represents a strong commitment to building environments that uplift lives while respecting the natural landscape.
Maglanoc said that by dedicating a significant portion of the estate to ecological spaces, the companies are creating a resilient community for future generations.
The landscape is defined by 5 interconnected green spaces, including the Eco Esplanade, Eco Terraces, Eco Center, Eco Park and the Eco Forest.
