Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) is expanding its operations in the Philippines, signing LIME Resort Bohol to open as a member of Radisson Individuals Premier by end-2025.
The beachfront property in one of the country’s most celebrated island destinations will be the first Radisson Individuals Premier in Southeast Asia Pacific, underscoring the group’s fast-track conversion strategy to bring an upper-upscale hospitality experience to the region.
The signing follows RHG’s recent announcement of the expansion of its Radisson Individuals brand with three new extensions: Premier, Boutique and Retreat.
Radisson Individuals Premier is a curated collection of upper-upscale hotels in key business and leisure destinations worldwide, offering sophisticated design, exceptional service, and modern facilities while celebrating each property’s unique identity.
The partnership is a strategic move, according to Lime Hotels and Resorts chief executive Emil Po. “Partnering with the Radisson Hotel Group… is a strategic move that allows us to… elevate the Filipino hospitality experience and showcase it on the world stage,” Po said.
“This partnership brings the best of both worlds, Lime’s signature warmth and uniquely Filipino service, together with Radisson’s global standards, sales and distribution network, and recognition among international travelers,” he said.
Ramzy Fenianos, chief development officer, Asia Pacific at Radisson Hotel Group, expressed pride in the introduction.

With its private beachfront location, eco-inspired design and Radisson hospitality, LIME Resort Bohol, a member of Radisson Individuals Premier, is set to become a premier leisure destination for both domestic and international travelers when it opens later this year.
The addition brings Radisson Hotel Group’s current portfolio in the Philippines to 20 hotels in operation and under development, reinforcing the Group’s growth momentum in the market and commitment to expanding its diverse portfolio across key leisure and business destinations.
