Please be informed that the Annual Certificateholders’ Meeting of HERITAGE PARK MANAGEMENT CORPORATION (“HPMC”) shall be held on 21 November 2025, Friday, at 10:00 a.m. and conducted through remote communication via secure online meeting platform (Zoom) for the following purposes:

3. Approval of the Minutes of the Annual Certificateholders’ Meeting held on 18 November 2024

5. Approval of the Audited Financial Statements of the Corporation and the Perpetual Care Fund as of 31 December 2024
6. Ratification of all legal acts, resolutions, and proceedings of the Board of Trustees and of Management, done in the ordinary course of business from 18 November 2024 to 21 November 2025
7. Appointment of External Auditor
8. Other Matters

The Board of Trustees of HPMC has fixed 31 October 2025 as the Record Date for certificateholders entitled to vote at this 2025 Annual Certicateholders’ Meeting of HPMC.
Certificateholders of Record may attend/participate via proxy or remote communication. Certificateholders who wish to participate in the annual meeting should notify the Office of the Corporate Secretary through a Letter of Intent to be sent via e-mail to HeritageParkACM@rmmi.com.ph or register online through the link https://heritagememorialpark.com.ph/company/investor-relations/ on or before 14 November 2025. The Letter of Intent can be downloaded at https://heritagememorialpark.com.ph/. Validated certificateholders will be provided access to the live streaming of the meeting. As required under the Securities and Exchange Commission rules and regulations, there will be audio and visual recordings of the annual meeting for future reference.
The validated Certificateholders or proxies shall receive a link of the HPMC’s secure online voting facility. Certificateholders can cast their votes on or before 18 November 2025. All votes cast shall be subject to validation.
HPMC is not soliciting for proxies. Certificateholders who are unable to join the meeting but wish to vote on items in the agenda by proxy must submit their duly accomplished proxy forms via email to HeritageParkACM@rmmi.com.ph, not later than 18 November 2025.
Certificateholders may send their queries and comments to the items in the Agenda to the Office of the Corporate Secretary via email to HeritageParkACM@rmmi.com.ph on or before 18 November 2025.
