SN Aboitiz Power Group (SNAP), a major renewable energy company in the Philippines, achieved a 451-percent return on investment (ROI) after deploying Kissflow’s low-code platform to unify and digitize workflows, according to an independent study released Friday by Nucleus Research.
The study, which honored the project with the ROI Award 2025, highlights the transformative impact of the technology, which allowed SNAP to rapidly develop over 114 applications, replace legacy systems, streamline operations and empower “citizen developers” across its business units.
The modernization effort helped SNAP save $61,000 annually in infrastructure and support costs by retiring outdated in-house systems. The company also trained 19 employees as citizen developers, enabling business-led innovation without overburdening the Information Technology (IT) department and saw operational efficiency gains of 5 percent to 10 percent across human resources (HR) and operations and maintenance (O&M) processes.

SNAP’s decision to choose Kissflow was driven by the need for a unified, scalable and secure platform to align with its enterprise architecture roadmap while reducing IT dependency, the study said.
