The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (PAGCOR) turned over a patient transport vehicle (PTV) to the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) on March 20, 2025.

The donation is part of PAGCOR chairman and chief executive Alejandro Tengco’s P300 million financial assistance pledge to the PNPA which he made during the academy’s 45th Alumni Homecoming at Camp Gen. Mariano Castañeda in Silang, Cavite last week.

Tengco handed over the PTV to Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) executive director and Undersecretary Gilbert Cruz who is also the chairman of the PNPA Alumni Association Inc. (PNPAAAI).

The PTV is equipped with a GPS navigation system, an ambulance stretcher, medical oxygen, a wheelchair, and a first aid kit to provide immediate care during patient transport to the hospital.

“This donation underscores PAGCOR’s dedication to support the law enforcement community by improving facilities that help combat crime and ensure the well-being of personnel and cadets,” said Tengco.
