Angelique Morato Songco, a United States International Women of Courage awardee, launches her book titled ‘Mama Ranger Diaries: Chronicles from the Tubbataha Reefs,’ during the Philippine Book Festival 2026 at SM Megamall Megatrade Hall, under the auspices of the UNESCO National Commission of the Philippines in partnership with the Tubbataha Reefs Natural Park and Vibal Foundation.
