Vespa Pilipinas and its partners are spearheading their first ever tourism-themed rally dubbed ‘Vespa Pilipinas Tourism Rally’ set on Jan. 20-21, described as a test of endurance and stamina for both riders and machines. The rally starts at SMX Mall of Asia going to Lingayen City in Pangasinan, then to Subic Bay in Zambales.
