Homegrown houseware brand Omega, known for its vacuum thermal flasks, offers modern-day kitchen and dinnerware made for the modern home.
From importing vacuum flasks when it started in 1958 in Binondo, Manila, the company has grown its product offerings with an array of products in Drinkware, Glassware, Kitchenware, and Tableware categories.
Omega produces a wide range of rust-resistant and highly durable stainless steel products, including cookware, utensils, containers, and keepers. At the heart of Omega’s stainless steel offerings is its temperature-retentive vacuum flask technology, seen in its signature thermal tumblers and carafes.
Plastic is also used by Omega in its production of water bottles that are safe for use. Its Tritan water bottles, in particular, are BPA-free, dishwasher safe, odor resistant, shatterproof, scratch resistant, and stain resistant.
The Filipino firm’s earthenware pieces, made of quality ceramic, offer both sleek aesthetics and functionality. Omega’s Ceramic pieces come in various collections, namely Earthenware, Stoneware, Porcelain, and Newbone.
Omega’s premium glassware–made of tempered glass, borosilicate glass, and opal glass–are microwave-safe, oven-safe, and chic enough to bring from the oven straight to the table. Its cooking vessels, glass jars, French press, and food storage pieces are shock and scratch-resistant, and dishwasher-safe, as well as environmentally friendly.
To reintroduce the brand, Omega has recently launched its new campaign that celebrates its place in every home for 60 years.
“OMG! OMEGA! is all about sharing that wonderful OMG! moment to every Filipino household with Omega’s variety of kitchenware, tableware, glassware, and drinkware, infusing creativity and style into each home product,” said Omega in a statement.
Starting this October, Omega brings that “OMG!” moment to more people with new holiday collections and lots of tips and tricks for the season and beyond.
“With the OMG! OMEGA! campaign, now is the time to reach out to our consumers and make them recognize that Omega is their brand of choice for high quality, stylish, and innovative modern everyday solutions. Omega will continue to develop and launch great products for the modern Filipino,” said marketing manager Gie De Leon.
Coinciding with the launch of Omega’s OMG! campaign was the introduction of The OMG: Omega Makeover Gang–a series of short webisodes and spin-off snippets and lifehacks on how to have an OMG! moment with Omega.
Each quarter, Omega presents a two-part kitchen makeover webisode on its Facebook page, featuring the Omega Makeover Gang (“The OMG”) composed of actress, comedienne, and body positivity advocate Cai Cortez; theater actress, and food and travel vlogger Mica Pineda; and graphic artist and stage designer CJ Francisco.
Every webisode brings the three to a new home and kitchen in need of revitalizing–all with the help of Omega’s kitchen and home solutions.
The Omega Makeover Gang’s two-part pilot webisode airs on Facebook this October, while the OMG’s life hacks, tips, and snackable snippets will be released in the succeeding weeks until December.
