The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) is serving today the 30-day suspension order for Leomarick Trans.
The company owns the passenger bus that fell off a ravine in Barangay Capintalan, Carranglan, Nueva Ecija on Tuesday.

The accident resulted in the death of 31 persons while 46 others were injured.
LTFRB Board Member Aileen Lizada inspected the site of the accident.
She noticed the lack of signages to warn motorists that they are traversing an accident-prone area.
She also said families of those who were killed will receive at least P 100,000 in insurance.
A manhunt for the bus conductor is also ongoing.
