Under its newly-appointed President, Juan Manuel Hoyos, Nissan Philippines seeks to grow and deepen its position as the third best-selling carmaker in the Philippines by revealing many plans for the remainder of 2022.

Hoyos remarked at his swearing-in ceremony as the new President of Nissan Philippines that he intends to maintain the brand’s strong momentum in the local automotive industry by expanding the brand’s vehicle lineup – among others.

Plans to introduce six new and/or refurbished face-lifted models in the coming months have been announced by Hoyos. Although details to these particular models were spared, eagerness indicates that Nissan will have a powerful lineup before the year ends. – with these certain models being shortlisted, in speculation, as the instigators to further boost their catalog in due time.

Hoyos will be in charge of directing the company’s strategy to achieve product innovation and business advancements locally. He aims at boosting the brand’s competitiveness and keeps delivering great aftersales support to its consumers – strengthening the Nissan brand in the country.

After three revolutionary years under Atsushi Najima’s leadership, Hoyos takes over the reins, with the former effectively managing a difficult two years caused by the COVID-19 outbreak.
