Landco was named Best Leisure Real Estate (Resort Estate) Developer of the Year, while CEO Erickson Y. Manzano received the Outstanding Contribution Towards Sustainability in Real Estate Development award.
The company’s BeachTowns development, featuring master-planned communities with sustainable features and unique resort amenities, was highlighted for its focus on modern Filipino families and responsible tourism.
