MR.DIY brings FAMILYHAN fun to Sinulog 2025 festivities

CEBU CITY – Leading home improvement retailer MR.DIY again made a vibrant mark at the Sinulog Festival 2025, captivating festival-goers with fun and exciting activities from the one and only FAMILYHAN.

As one of the festival’s Bronze Sponsors, MR.DIY embraced the theme “One Beat, One Dance, One Vision” to celebrate the Cebuano culture and community spirit.

In celebration of world-class Cebuano talent, Santander, Cebu’s Crizalina “Zal” Cabanas was hailed as the MR.DIY Sinulog Idol 2025 and the Season 16 Grand Champion. Cabanas captivated audiences with her musical expression and superb talent, which earned her the top spot in the competition.

Meanwhile, in celebration of the Sinulog festival’s beauty and grace, MR.DIY crowned Ms. Nadine Faith McCoy as the MR.DIY Sinulog Queen 2025 on January 17. The beauty from Talisay City, Cebu enthralled audiences with her graceful performance, making her the pageant’s 3rd Runner Up.

MR.DIY also went all in to bring the ultimate FAMILYHAN fun to Sinulog 2025 through exciting and interactive games during its Nightly Show at Fuente Osmeña.

From the “The Price is Right: Walay Hangyo Edition”  to “Find Your FAMILYHAN Favorites”,  festival-goers were treated to their favorite MR.DIY products and were delighted with a special performance by Cebuana hit-maker, Karencitta.

MR.DIY also brought the FAMILYHAN to the highly-anticipated Sinulog Grand Parade held January 19. The float, which featured a MR.DIY store, symbolized how the brand brings variety, value, and convenience as the go-to FAMILYHAN across Cebu and the Philippines.

Adorned with colorful flowers celebrating unity and culture, it showcases how MR.DIY has captured Filipino hearts while embodying the vibrant Sinulog spirit.

As part of its Sinulog 2025 participation, MR.DIY stores offered a Mix and Match Promo, giving customers the chance to enjoy fantastic deals on a wide range of products. This Cebu City-exclusive promotion also gave shoppers a chance to win exciting prizes by playing the Mix and Match game for a minimum spend of P500.

The annual festivities mark the 3rd year of MR.DIY’s participation in the Sinulog Festival, positioning the brand as an avid supporter of local culture.
