Even as the happiest time of the year approaches, it’s hard to keep one’s spirits up when faced with the impending increase in traffic.
On an average day, Metro Manila traffic is a hassle. Add in the Christmas rush and it becomes unbearable. SIF, the country’s first self-improvement app aggregator, is the perfect on-demand service app for the holidays with the various services it delivers directly to its users.
“As roadway congestion worsens, it’s important to find alternatives to accomplish errands that usually require spending time on the road. Aside from offering convenience on demand, SIF also gives back precious time to its users since it allows them to focus on more important things,” said Gino Jacinto, COO of SIF Philippines.
With a report of covering only one kilometer for every 4.9 minutes spent in Metro Manila roads, it’s apparent that driving or commuting is a situation best avoided when possible.
SIF efficiently saves users’ time by having its team or partner members come over to a convenient location (e.g. house, hotel, etc.) for services like mani-pedi, blow-dry, and other self-improvement services. This waives the time, effort, and money exhausted on hitting the road, paying for parking, and driving back home.
“As a working mom of four kids, I often struggle to find the time to fit everything in. I’m always rushing to appointments, meetings, shoots, and kid obligations. I love SIF because I’m able to save time with their home services. I can relax, spend time with the kids, and work from home, too! Their blowdries are my favorite service,” said English model and lifestyle blogger Amanda Griffin.
Other services provided by SIF include fitness, where users can book a trainer, health, where lab testing is brought to the users, skills training and more. Bookings can be done either on demand or by appointment.
SIF has undergone recent updates to expand its services and capabilities. The updates include the launch of SIF Shop, where users can order and purchase Davines products for hair styling, care, and treatment, and cashless transactions with PayMaya, further improving the convenience of the app.
Jacinto adds, “As saving and giving back control of people’s time is one of the main goals of SIF, it has plans in expanding the categories it offers. SIF Care, which offers therapy and rehabilitation exercises, and SIF Pets for the needs of furry friends will soon be made available on the app.”
Escape the holiday rush by downloading the app on the App Store or Google Play. For updates, visit facebook.com/homewithsif and follow sif.ph on Instagram.
