UPS: Ecommerce has unlimited PH potential

UPS Philippines' managing director recently revealed that the country has unlimited potential in ecommerce at a learning session for manufacturers and retailers held at Quest Hotel and Conference Center, in Clark Pampanga.

"I think there's no limit. Ecommerce has huge amount of potential," UPS Philippines and Indonesia Managing Director, Chris Buono said. 

He advised businesses to adapt in this digital age and leverage the unlimited potential to expand and migrate their businesses online.

"Businesses need to adapt in this new procurement models, or risk missing out opportunities presented by digitalization," Buono said. 

Ecommerce has been growing around the world with a total of 30 percent market share.

To leverage this growth and stay ahead of competition, Buono advised entrepreneurs to build a strong online presence, deliver goods on time, and maintain customer loyalty. 

With UPS' delivery service, manufacturers and retailers are assured to achieve quick, efficient, and cost-effective delivery. 

"UPS is here to deliver quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively," Buono said. 

UPS utilizes three tech-driven delivery methods, these are UPS Quantum View Notify, UPS CampusShip, and World Ship to optimize delivery times and product quality handling that will result to customer satisfaction.  

The UPS Quantum View Notify sends automated alerts to facilitate coordination with sales, customer service, and production team.

UPS CampusShip centralizes all shipping transactions, automates shipping processes, and manages time and cost for shipping orders across the supply chain. 

UPS' shipping application, World Ship integrates and sends customer profiles to businesses to reduce costly paper work and further optimize delivery time. 

This trio of combined features allow UPS to help streamline delivery shipments for businesses.
