Gemayel introduced his company’s new VR technology with the needs of real estate brokers in mind.

“The broker only needs a smartphone, no more special cameras involved. It is a very fluid technology at your fingertips” Gemayel said.

The app offers a 360-degree virtual tour for prospective buyers and renters using only smartphone and VR headsets in high quality.

“We are pleased to introduce our latest technology Homespace360. An average broker, using their smartphone to create a virtual tour. Homespace360 has the design with the broker in mind,” Gemayel said.

Homespace360 is powered by the Microsoft Azure cloud platform that can tour clients via virtual reality from 10 to 30 properties.

“With our technology, marketers can easily transport clients to 10, 20, even 30 properties in an hour,” Gemayel added.

The app is a subscription-based model that has three distinct subscription options: pro, advanced, and premium, and enterprise.

The number of tours dictate the prices among all the subscriptions, “regardless of what model you subscribe to, the only difference is the number of tours,” Gemayel said.

Pro costs P1,500 a month, advanced is worth P2,500, while premium is P5,000 pesos. An enterprise’s costs varies depending on the number of tours.

“They use their phone to subscribe. Once they do so, we give them out what we’ve call an AVR kit,” Gamayel said.

The AVR kit will be automatically provided all subscribers which includes: A mobile viewer, a battery-free rotator, lightweight tripod with bag, and HD fisheye lens for 360-degree capture.

Homespace360 left subscribers satisfied with the product. One of them is property specialist Ehryq Joel Young Sr.

“With Homespace360 when I send them the virtual tour, they already know what they want. It saves me a lot of time,” Young said.

Homespace360 is available in both iOS and Android.
