Fynd expands with launch of AI-Native Commerce

With this launch, the company brings in its AI-driven commerce capabilities to support the country’s rapidly growing retail and logistics sectors.

The move comes at a time when the region’s retail sector is undergoing rapid digital transformation, with businesses seeking AI-enabled platforms that can simplify operations, enhance customer experience, and increase supply chain resilience.

Southeast Asia’s online retail economy is expected to surpass $170 billion by 2027, driven by mobile-first shoppers, fragmented logistics networks, and the proliferation of marketplaces. Specifically in the Philippines, the e-commerce market now drives over 60% of the country’s digital‑economy GMV, supported by government roadmaps and digitalization efforts. It is projected to reach $40.5 billion by 2027.

Despite this growth, however, the country’s archipelagic geography creates challenges that require intelligent solutions—exactly what Fynd’s platform is designed to address.

Fynd empowers brands and enterprises with AI-driven, modular solutions that eliminate silos between online, offline, and backend operations, enabling businesses to accelerate their digital transformation and scale with confidence.

“The Philippines is one of the most dynamic and high-growth digital commerce markets in Southeast Asia. With the launch of our AI Native Commerce Platform, WMS, and TMS solutions, we are equipping retailers and supply chain operators with a single, intelligent stack to unify operations and scale with confidence. By partnering with strong players in the market, we aim to help brands in the Philippines and the wider Southeast Asia region to leapfrog into the AI-native future of commerce,” said Ronak Modi, Chief Business Officer – Global, Fynd.
