The event features esteemed representatives from Taiwan Trade Center, Kaohsiung Marriott Hotel, China Airlines, EVA Air, STARLUX Airlines, Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific Air, AirAsia, and more, fostering collaborations that aim to strengthen travel partnerships between Taiwan and the Philippines.
With a focus on Taiwan’s tourism growth, the workshop discusses visitor statistics, global and local rankings, and strategies to encourage more travelers to experience Taiwan’s rich cultural heritage, scenic landscapes, and modern attractions.
This gathering not only highlights Taiwan’s position as a must-visit destination but also reinforces its commitment to expanding connections within the Philippine travel market.
With a focus on strengthening partnerships and boosting tourism arrivals, the workshop also introduced promotional efforts to help travel agencies and businesses encourage more Filipinos to experience Taiwan’s vibrant offerings.
As part of Taiwan’s ongoing efforts to boost its presence in the Philippine travel market, the country also made a strong impression at the recently concluded 32nd PTAA Travel & Tour Expo 2025 at SMX Convention Center from February 7-9, 2025. The Taiwan Pavilion stood out as one of the most beautifully designed booths, earning high praise from the PTAA President, Ms. Evangeline Tankiang-Manotok, for its impressive presentation of Taiwan’s vibrant travel experiences. The pavilion showcased Taiwan’s unique blend of tradition and modernity, enticing more travelers to explore the country.
