Since 1992, the Singapore Cooperation Programme (SCP) has shared our development experience with more than 126,000 government officials from over 170 countries, territories, and international/regional organisations. The focus of SCP is on human resource development as we believe that people are the most valuable and renewable asset. The SCP is also evident of our commitment to give back to the international community, having received assistance from others during our early years of independence.
This year, we have a new Climate Action Package of courses in our training calendar aimed at supporting the capacity building of developing countries in long-term climate mitigation and risk adaptation strategies. We also continue to offer a wide-ranging plethora of courses – covering topics such as connectivity, international law, and smart city development.
In support of the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the SCP aims to help fellow developing countries to achieve the 17 SDGs. #SCPforSDGs
