As the global pandemic continues to present challenges to our health and wellness, we need to adapt and find ways to keep ourselves strong and in good shape. Eating healthy, exercising regularly, and getting enough sleep are some of the good habits that can keep us physically fit.  But when we need to reinforce those routines, it would be a good idea to take vitamins and food supplements. Especially if they contain the two Cs.

The first C is calcium. This essential mineral fortifies the bones and teeth, and could reduce your risk of osteoporosis and other bone conditions (https://www.livestrong.com/).  Aside from milk and dairy products, calcium can also be found in green vegetables like kale, spinach, and chard; tofu; beans; nuts and seeds; and some fortified food and drinks.

The second C is Vitamin C. It is a powerful antioxidant that can neutralize harmful free radicals. This immunity booster also plays a role in controlling infections and healing wounds. We get our Vitamin C from many fruits and vegetables like apples, asparagus, berries, broccoli, cabbage, melon, watermelon, and cauliflower; citrus fruits like lemons, limes, and oranges; kiwi; fortified food like bread, grains, and cereals; dark leafy greens; peppers; potatoes; and tomatoes.

Now, when combined, calcium and Vitamin C become calcium ascorbate, a formulation that gets rid of the acidity of pure Vitamin C.

This is essentially what Calcium Cee is made of. That is why it safe to take even on an empty stomach. Calcium Cee also reinforces bone density, eases stress, manages blood pressure, boosts collagen formation, helps repair tissues, and preserves clear eyesight, among other benefits.

And to know more about how Calcium Cee can defend your body from diseases, check out the “Ceegurista’s Guide to Staying Protected,” a livestream event featuring Drew Arellano, Dr. Rey Salinel, Dr. Darah Chavez, and Chinkee Tan on September 19, 2020 at 4PM, brought to you by Calcium Cee (https://www.facebook.com/calciumc) and Watsons (https://www.facebook.com/WatsonsPH). You can Like and Comment during the event to get a chance to win a special gift pack in their raffle promo.

Calcium Cee is available at Watson’s (https://www.watsons.com.ph/calcium-ascorbate-1-tablet/p/BP_10076743). For more details, visit Calcium Cee on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/calciumc/. Or call Calcium Cee hotline: 09175642233.
