Love Infinitely at Diamond Hotel

Check-in and spend February 14 or 15, 2023 with your loved ones in cozy accommodations. It’s an overnight dinner date when you avail of the Love Infinitely Room Package for Php11,500 net which includes a Buffet Dinner and Breakfast at Corniche for two, and stay in a Deluxe Room. An exquisite Japanese dining experience awaits on February 14 or 15, 2023 at Yurakuen when you order the Omakase Valentine Course for Php9,988 net good for 2 persons with a glass of wine. The special menu is created by our very own Japanese MasterChef Hiroshi Masuda and he will surprise diners with a secret dish to further excite their palates. Set Menu includes: Smoked Salmon with Vegetable Salad and Tuna with Cream Cheese, Clam Fish Cake with Clear Soup, Salmon and Grouper Sashimi, Shrimp and Foie Gras Roll and Wagyu Cube Steak, Oyster Flavored Steamed Rice with Soup, and Green Tea Crepe.

What can be more romantic than a Valentine dinner overlooking the sunset or the star-riddled sky? Stir the fires of romance with a 5-course set dinner for two persons with two glasses of wine at the Poolside this February 14, 2023 for only Php6,200 net. The Set Menu includes:  Smoked Prawns with Grilled Asparagus, Poached Quail Egg, Pickled Cherry Tomato and Balsamic Dressing (Appetizer); Cacciucco Seafood Soup with Prawn, Clams, Mussels  and Calamari (Soup); Baked Herb Crusted Scallop (Starters);  Atlantic Salmon Fillet with New Zealand Mussels, Baby Spinach and Saffron Seafood Sauce OR Chimichurri Pan-grilled Angus Chuck Roast with Truffle Mashed Potato, Roasted Tomato, Edamame and Mushroom (Choice of Main Dish); Chocolate Velvet Praline made from Chocolate Mousse, Hazelnut Crouqatine Gelled Red Berry  and Sablée Biscuit (Dessert). Completing the mood is a serenade by a chanteuse accompanied by a pianist.
