The Outlook 2022: Philippine Real Estate Awards will happen on September 27, 2022, at the Shangri-La at the Fort. Here is the full list of shortlisted nominees after hundreds of entries evaluated by a distinguished panel of judges.

Judges from the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation (NHMFC) hold their score sheets after evaluating the submitted entries at The Outlook 2022: Philippine Real Estate Awards: Josephine Q. Sarangaya (left) and Maria Luisa M. Favila (right).

Following the success of The Outlook 2022: Philippine Real Estate Conference last August 31, Lamudi preparations are underway for the biggest event of the year. The shortlisted nominees for the highly-anticipated The Outlook 2022: Philippine Real Estate Awards are in.

After receiving hundreds of nominations from different real estate companies across the country, Lamudi presented these entries to a distinguished panel of judges. The panel evaluated each nomination and attributed scores according to predefined category-specific criteria. The entries with the highest scores made it to the shortlist.

After the shortlisting process, Lamudi conducted a survey among thousands of property seekers to determine the winners for the Luzon and Visayas and Mindanao categories, as well as the Grand Awards. The Special Awards winners and Personality of the Year will be determined by Lamudi.
