ACADSOC announces around $1 million allotted for teacher referral program

ACADSOC, an international online ESL teaching platform, gathered recently 500 of its ever-growing family of teachers in the Philippines during its grand annual gathering event in Manila.

The company’s biggest event during the year had some awesome announcements to make that would surely entice would-be online english teachers. 

Acadsoc COO Johnny Zhang announced that they opening slots for 10,000 online english teacher jobs in the Philippines in 2020, most of which are for home-based online ESL teachers.

On the other hand, General Manager Zoe Yuan, also announced their $1,000,000 referral program for the upcoming year which means more will benefit from their competitive compensation program for those who will spread the word and attract more instructors to answer the growing demand for Filipino online english teachers.

During the event, Acadsoc also presented several awards to its outstanding teachers. This, according to the company, not only “represents the encouragement of teachers,” but also represents “the gratitude of all students to the teachers.”

Furthermore, over ₱200,000 in raffle prizes were given away  to all ACADSOC teachers who attended the event organized by the Head Office & the Philippine Branding Team.

The international online ESL teaching platform that provides convenience and work-life balance for teachers in the Philippines and teachers all over the globe also says that the purpose of the event is to thank and recognize the dedicated Acadsoc teachers for all the efforts and hard work they’ve put in the past year.

Another highlight of the gathering was the launching of the company’s first ever talent competition "ACADSOC Rising Star” where a preliminary online audition was held back in November with more than a hundred teachers submitting entries.

After an enthusiastic vote, three contestants were invited to perform at the event.

Ronald Rapanot also attended the event as a representative of the Rotary International official as he announced that ACADSOC donated ₱300,000 to victims of the Cotabato earthquake in Mindanao recently saying that the company has cooperated to implement the Cotabato earthquake rehabilitation program.

ACADSOC executives do not only aim to provide more jobs for Filipinos but also to bridge the gap between two nations: China and the Philippines.
