FindWork, a leading job search platform founded by Allen Tan and Kevin Williams, is officially making its launch in the Philippines with a game-changing TESDA partnership.

Recognizing the lack of online job search platforms for the skilled and service workers (who FindWork calls 'Trabahunters'), FindWork’s job search platform caters to this segment, which makes up over 50% of the Philippines workforce.

"FindWork is made for the incomparable Filipino worker," shared Rommel Torres, Philippines Country Head. "Every aspect of our business, from the app’s interface to our partnerships, were effectively made with an intimate understanding of our ‘Trabahunters’."

To better connect with job seekers nationwide, FindWork also recently announced a partnership with Smart’s Voyager Innovations to offer the job search app free of data charges on freenet.

Currently, FindWork has registered over 500 companies and 40,000 job seekers on its platform. These numbers are expected to increase significantly as FindWork partners with TESDA.

As a part of the partnership, all 4.1 million certified graduates (2.1 million graduated and 2 million upcoming graduates) under the TESDA program will immediately be included in the FindWork system to increase their chances of employment. FindWork will immediately overtake other job search platforms with the highest number of certified job seekers in the Philippines.

TESDA's seal of certification will automatically be featured on each job seeker's profile for employers to see easily alongside the applicant's work experiences, languages and other training certifications.

On top of this, FindWork and TESDA are connecting with various LGUs to hold barangay-based job fairs with the aim of reaching even more Trabahunters.

"We’re excited to take the next step in becoming the top job search platform in the Philippines,” said Williams, CEO of FindWork. “In the coming weeks, we will begin the process of onboarding the 2.1 million TESDA graduates to FindWork. Additionally, we will start to release a slew of features that will be an industry first, and only, to seamlessly connect certified TESDA graduates with hiring companies.”

Present during the signing of the memorandum of Agreement are Sec. Guiling A. Mamondiong and Director General Alvin S. Feliciano Deputy Director General For Tesda Operations.
