Filipino volleyball fans will get more intense volleyball action on television as weekend matches of the Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference will now be aired live on ABS-CBN S+A and S+A HD starting this Saturday and Sunday.

Kicking-off this weekend’s loaded lineup is the showdown between the PayMaya High Flyers led by Grethcel Soltones and the Philippine Navy-Iriga Lady Oragons bannered by Janet Serafica at 2 p.m., followed by Audrey Paran and the BaliPure Water Defenders’ match against Jovielyn Prado and the Tacloban Fighting Warays at 4 p.m. as “PVL On Tour” heads to the Batangas City Sports Complex.

On Sunday (May 20), it will be the Petrogazz Angels led by Stephanie Mercado versus the Amanda Villanueva-led Banko Perlas for the curtain raiser at 2 p.m., while the main event will be Myla Pablo’s Pocari-Air Force Lady Warriors against Alyssa Valdez’s Creamline Cool Smashers at 4 p.m.

After the season’s opening last May 6, fans have been enjoying PVL action online via livestreaming on www.premiervolleyballleague.com. A clamor to bring more of the action to TV has led to S+A also airing the Saturday and Sunday games apart from the agreed opening, semifinals, and finals matches. Wednesday games, meanwhile, will still be available exclusively on livestream.
