Pablo graces volley finals

FORMER National University star player Myla Pablo will grace the finals of the 22nd Women’s Volleyball League championships set Sunday at the San Beda University courts.

Pablo will witness four final events in as many divisions of this tournament organized by the award-winning Best Center, the country’s pioneer in scientific sports clinics, sponsored by MILO and supported by Rain or Shine and Chris Sports.

Holy Family School and St. Paul College-Makati dispute the 13-Under Developmental Division crown at 8:15 a.m., shortly after the 8 a.m. tiff-off for third place between School of the Holy Spirit and Assumption College in an adjacent court.

A close battle is expected between Escuela de Sophia and Colegio San Agustin-Makati at 9:15 a.m. for the 13-Under Competitive Division title. San Beda-Alabang and De la Salle-Zobel clash at 9 am for third place.

Arellano University takes its first shot at a crown in the 18-Under Developmental Division against Colegio San Agustin-Makati at 10:15 a.m., after the 10 a.m. tip-off for the third place battle between Holy Family School and St. Dominic Savio School.

Arellano University also has a crack at the 18-under Competitive Division crown against King’s Montessori School at 11:15 a.m., following the start of the third place battle between San Pedro Relocation Center National High School ang Chiang Kai Shek College at 11 a.m.
