Pasig Chooks suffered a 13-21 loss to world no. 4 NY Harlem in the quarterfinals of the Kaohsiung 3×3 Challenger in Taiwan.

The Filipino squad got off to a slow start in the tournament which served as a qualifier for the 2019 Nanjing Masters.

The New Yorkers quickly established a 5-0 lead, behind the world’s 52nd best 3×3 player Joey King.

From there, Harlem’s lead grew to as high as nine 14-5.

Nikola Pavlovic and Joshua Munzon fought back for Pasig and cut the lead down to five, 18-13, with three minutes left.
