OLYMPIC double gold medalist Carlos Yulo added another feather to his cap as he helped Olympique d’Antibes Juan les Pins (OAJLP) Gymnastique capture the French Men’s Artistic Gymnastics Championship title in Amiens, France over the weekend.
Yulo and his OAJLP squad dethroned defending champion ASVG Vallauris in the Top 12 Final.
The 26-year-old Filipino gymnastics star posted an impressive 15.050 in his forte floor exercise and 14.250 in the parallel bars, wherein he pulled off a new dismount.

“So proud of what we all did last night! Everyone gave their all and it really showed on the competition floor. A lot of stressful moments and pressure behind this win, which makes it even more special,” Yulo said through his social media accounts.
“Really grateful for this team and everything we experienced together,” added the Paris Olympics floor exercise and vault gold winner.
Prior to the final, Yulo scored 14.833 points in the floor exercise and 14.700 in the vault to anchor Antibes’ 44-29 win over Societe Municipale de Bourges (SMB) Gymnastique in the semifinal round last month.
Yulo is expected to defend his floor exercise title in the Asian Artistic Gymnastics Championships next month in China
He is also anticipated to banner the Philippines in the Asian Games 2026 slated September in Japan before competing in the FIG World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in October in the Netherlands.
