“It’s OK, and we will fight tomorrow,” said the 24-year-old Casama (10-2-1, 10 KOs), who trainer Markquil Salvaña accompanies. Casama promised an exciting bout, noting that both fighters are eager to deliver a thrilling clash in the ring.

Casama is coming off an impressive first-round technical knockout victory over Japan’s Kota Kaneko on July 6, 2024, at Korakuen Hall, demonstrating his power and readiness for the big stage.

Meanwhile, the 30-year-old Fujita (7-0, 3 KOs) remains undefeated and has already defeated six Filipino fighters in his career. Fujita last defended his title on June 1, 2024, when he scored a unanimous decision victory over Rodex “The Tank” Piala of Cebu.

Promoted by Akihiko Honda of Teiken Promotions, this title bout promises to be a high-stakes showdown between two formidable contenders.
