Paris 2024: Paalam says farewell to Olympics consecutive medal bid in boxing quarterfinals

Carlo Paalam has ended his campaign at the 2024 Paris Olympics after falling to Australia’s Charlie Senior in the men’s boxing 57kg quarterfinals.

Managing to get through the first round and tying the second round, Paalam ultimately lost in a 3-2 split decision.

He was a silver medalist in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
