The Southwoods Invitational braces for a grand return in new normal after a two-year hiatus due to pandemic with a maximum number of 400 players all-geared up for action and reunion of sorts at the Masters and Legends courses in Carmona, Cavite.
Unlike in previous editions of Manila Southwoods’ flagship member-guest tournament, the March 16-19 event will be held with restrictions, including sequential tee times and maintaining the wearing of face masks and physical distancing in all four days of the event backed by The Turf Company as title sponsor.
The awards rites and major raffle program will be held via zoom at 5 p.m. on March 19. Tournament winners and sponsors will be invited to attend a photo op and lunch at 10:30 a.m. on March 26.

Teams will be allocated sequential tee times with the first set at 6:36 a.m. at Legends and Masters with 100 teams to play a round each of the Jack Nicklaus-designed championship courses.
Play will be Net Stableford Points format with the best ball to be played at the Masters and the aggregate at the Legends.
