American singer-songwriter Katy Perry and former Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau confirm their relationship through an Instagram post.
On Saturday, Dec. 6, the pop star shared a series of photos and videos of their recent trip to Tokyo, Japan.
The post shows a selfie with Trudeau, clips of them enjoying Japanese food, and moments from their visit to teamLab Planets Tokyo.
“Tokyo times on tour and more,” she wrote.
The post comes two months after they were first spotted together in public. In October, Katy and Trudeau were photographed attending an event, fueling speculation that they were dating.
Rumors began circulating as early as July, when they were seen dining together in Montreal. Around the same time, Trudeau was also reported to have attended the singer’s concert in the city.
Both recently ended long-term relationships with Katy announced her split from actor Orlando Bloom in early July, while Trudeau and his wife revealed their separation in 2023 after 18 years of marriage.
