Rabin Angeles admitted he had a crush on Angela Muji long before they became co-stars.
On Wednesday, Dec. 3, Rabing said the spark between them felt natural because he had admired Angela since they were younger.
“‘Yung chemistry siguro nandyan na talaga. Kasi bata pa lang po ako, crush ko na si Angela. Nakikita ko po talaga sa studio. Kaya may chemistry, kasi titig ko sa kanya talagang crush ko siya,” he said.
When asked on her reaction, Angela said she only recently learned about Rabin’s longtime feelings, adding that she was flattered.
“At first sabi niya nakikita niya lang ako and nagagandahan siya. Recently lang niya inamin na crush niya ako. Wala, kinikilig lang ako someone like Rabin says that,” she shared.
She added that working with Rabin came naturally because of his personality and charm both on and off camera.
“Si Rabin he is very charming in all aspects. So hindi ako nahirapan kilig sa kanya. It comes out naturally kapag may eksena kami and during our workshops. He really makes me feel giddy and happy and that helps with our chemistry,” Angela continued.
Rabin and Angela are the lead stars of the Philippine remake of the 2012 Korean film “A Werewolf Boy,” which will hit the cinemas on Jan. 14.
