Ahtisa Manalo champions purpose-driven women’s health

Coinciding with the celebration of National Women’s Month, Miss Universe Philippines 2026 reaffirmed its commitment to women’s health and empowerment.

During the launch of the “Tell Her Story” campaign, Miss Universe Philippines 2025 third runner-up Ahtisa Manalo was named ambassador. Episode 1, titled The woman behind her story, features the beauty queen opening up about the person she has become—shaped by growth, discipline, and purpose.

“MUPH chooses partners based on shared values and advocacy. It’s never just about branding; we look for alignment in vision and purpose,” said MUPH executive vice president Voltaire Tayag during the contract signing.

Manalo has openly shared her experiences with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), raising awareness and normalizing discussions on women’s hormonal health. Her honesty in navigating the often-invisible challenges of hormonal health has become a reference point for others.

When she first spoke publicly about her experience with PCOS during her journey in MUPH 2025, it was a turning point not only for her but also for many women who felt seen, heard, and encouraged to discuss their own struggles.

“Our continued partnership with Miss Universe Philippines is deeply meaningful to us. We were inspired by Miss Universe Philippines 2025 Ahtisa Manalo, who openly shared her experiences with PCOS symptoms. Her advocacy to raise awareness and normalize women’s hormonal health, a crucial aspect for high-performing women, is something we want to continue this year,” said brand CEO Jonah Sison Ramos.
