Josh Buizon, lead vocalist of Filipino pop-rock band Over October, has tied the knot with fellow singer Thea Panaguiton.
The band confirmed the wedding through a post on Instagram, sharing a group photo to mark the milestone and congratulating their frontman.
“Now, the answer to your loudest prayer is happening today,” the caption read.
Wedding photos were also shared by Nice Print Photo, offering glimpses of the intimate celebration.
In one video from the reception, Buizon and Panaguiton are seen performing Over October’s hit song “Ikot,” with the singer dedicating a line to his bride, “Hindi na kailangang umasa because you are mine.”
Over October is composed of Buizon on vocals and acoustic guitar, Caleb Lua on lead guitars, Anton Rodriguez on rhythm guitars, Janessa Geronimo on drums, and Joric Canlas on bass.
The band has steadily grown its audience, now logging more than 3.2 million monthly listeners on Spotify, powered by fan favorites such as “Ikot,” “Kaakit-akit,” and “Ating Dalawa.”
Fans and fellow artists flooded social media with messages of congratulations for the newlyweds.
