OPM singer-songwriters and real-life couple TJ Monterde and KZ Tandingan surprised the members of their Sarili Nating Mundo world tour team with an early Christmas gift, handing out P100,000 to each crew member after completing 40 shows worldwide.
In a series of TikTok videos, TJ gathered the tour team to celebrate the end of their concert tour. Initially presented as a scratch-card game with varying cash prizes, the activity ended with screams when every team member realized they had received the same amount of P100,000.
“Happy SNM40,” TJ said.
KZ assured the group that the process was fair, explaining that the scratch cards all looked identical. Moments later, the room erupted as it became clear that everyone had won the top prize.
In the comments, TJ thanked the team for their dedication.
“Deserve n’yo lahat. Ramdam namin ang puso n’yo every single show.”
The Sarili Nating Mundo tour opened with a sold-out three-night run at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in February and continued across the Philippines, North America, Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East, concluding in Abu Dhabi on Dec. 2.
TJ and KZ are set to return to the Araneta Coliseum for their four-night In Between concert series from Feb. 6 to 9.
