After nine years together, longtime couple Loisa Andalio and Ronnie Alonte are finally headed for the aisle.
Engagement rumors erupted after Loisa shared a close-up photo on Instagram holding her dog—with a large diamond ring shining on her finger. The actress left the post caption-free, prompting celebrity pages and fans to ask whether Ronnie had popped the question.
Celebrity makeup artist RB Changco, Ronnie’s cousin, later confirmed the news on Instagram on November 22.
“Nine years, long but worth every moment. She finally said yes, and all you survived together shines in every sparkle of that diamond,” RB wrote. “R2, you got the girl of your dreams, the one your heart always held onto.”
The two first teamed up in the Wansapanataym episode “Gelli in a Bottle.” Their chemistry later carried over to bigger projects, including the film James & Pat & Dave and the romance series Unloving U, where their love team continued to gain a strong following.
