Grammy-winning artist Tyla will bring her “We Wanna Party Asia” tour to the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Manila on Dec. 3, Live Nation Philippines announced.
The concert marks the South African singer’s first headlining tour in Asia. Known for her viral hit “Water,” Tyla has gained global recognition for blending amapiano, R&B, and pop. Her performance in Manila is expected to feature songs from her self-titled debut album and the deluxe edition “Tyla+,” including fan favorites like “Push 2 Start” and “Truth or Dare.”
Tickets became available through an artist presale on Aug. 6, followed by a Live Nation presale today, Aug. 7, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. The general sale begins Aug. 8 at 12:00 p.m. via SM Tickets.
Tyla, 22, rose to fame in 2023 with “Water,” which earned her a Grammy for Best African Music Performance and made her the highest-charting African female soloist on the Billboard Hot 100. The single has since reached diamond status globally and surpassed one billion streams on Spotify.
She is signed to Epic Records through a joint venture with Fax Records and co-managed by We Make Music and Africa Creative Agency.
