It was a night that shimmered with sequins, surprise celebrity appearances, and a whole lot of Filipino heart. The Smart Araneta Coliseum lit up on July 31 as Unilab and Mercury Drug pulled out all the stops for Alagang Suki Fest 2025, a joint 80th anniversary bash.
The evening kicked off with dance crew Legit Status delivering an electrifying opening performance. Comedy Manila’s GB Labrador and James Caraan warmed up the crowd with quick-fire punchlines, setting the tone for a feel-good celebration.
Then came the parade of familiar faces. Jolina Magdangal popped up mid-show for the Neurogen-E segment. Robi Domingo brought comic timing and pep during the Kremil-S portion, keeping the crowd energised.

But it was Belle Mariano who had everyone’s phones in the air. Dressed in a sparkly blue outfit, she strutted onstage to Beyoncé’s “Single Ladies,” followed by Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance With Somebody.” And just when the energy couldn’t go higher, she launched into “Dancing Queen,” stepping off the stage to dance with fans and pose for selfies.

Mayonnaise kicked off the main show with a singalong-worthy set anchored by its crowd favourite “Jopay.” Darren Espanto kept the energy high in black and blue, crooning through “Dying Inside,” “Di Makaramdam,” and the new tearjerker “Paalam Muna Sandali,” fresh off his latest album.

Fresh from his North American tour, Maki offered a soulful turn with “Bughaw,” “Dilaw,” and “Saan.” He also debuted “Kahel na Langit” live at the Big Dome. Between tracks, he spoke about heartbreak, unrequited love, and letting go in Pinoy-hugot-in-full-force fashion.
Then came Gary Valenciano, whose performance proved exactly why he remains a beloved OPM icon. From the tender “Wag Mo Na Sanang Isipin” to the foot-stomping “Hataw Na” and his latest track “Blessings” (a duet with RJ dela Fuente), Mr. Pure Energy had the entire Big Dome singing along.

Bringing it home was headliner BINI, whose tight choreography and bold visuals lit up the stage. “Pantropiko,” “Karera,” “Shagidi Shapopo,” and “Salamin, Salamin” had the crowd dancing until the final note. For the encore, the rest of the night’s performers joined them for a grand finale worthy of the milestone celebration.
Alagang Suki Fest 2025 was a celebration of community and connection. Through decades of health and wellness products—and now, a massive music fest—Unilab and Mercury Drug reminded everyone why they’re such a fixture in Filipino life. Powered by the Alagang Unilab Rewards and Mercury Drug Suki Card programs, the night was both a thank-you and a trip down memory lane.
