Alternative rock band IV of Spades is back, with Unique Salonga returning as a member and new music after a five-year hiatus.
On Wednesday, July 16, the four-member band took to its social media accounts to drop its latest single, “Aura.”
Featuring Zild Benitez, Blaster Silonga, Badjao de Castro, and Unique Salonga together in a lush field, IV of Spades posted a series of photos of them running through the grass.
“Aura. Out now,” the caption read.
They also updated their profile pictures across Instagram, Facebook, and X.
The band had been on an indefinite break since 2020, when the members announced plans to pursue personal interests. Prior to that, in 2018, lead vocalist Unique Salonga left the band to embark on a solo career.
IV of Spades was last seen together in 2022, spotted during Ed Sheeran’s concert rehearsal in Manila.
