The docu-film follows the journey of a young woman and her two children traveling during the COVID-19 pandemic to reach her husband in her home country.

The documentary follows the journey of a young woman and her two children traveling during the COVID-19 pandemic, amid flight bans and travel restrictions, to reach her husband in her home country, the Philippines.

Accompanied by scientific contributions from prominent virologists and doctors, as well as touching stories of humanity and hope, this well-crafted and relevant documentary also focuses on coping with the mental and physical distress that all people around the world experienced during the long lockdowns.

Shot entirely during the lockdown in Italy, the Netherlands, Taiwan, the US, and also the Philippines, Soriquez's work also features recent studies on the impact of lockdown done by world top universities like Stanford and the University College of London and deals with the tough theme of human rights violation during the pandemic.
