Mikee expressed her excitement to be back on the set of the series, “Nakakatuwa ‘yung kuwento ng Witch is Which. At saka na-excite ako kasi may magic at may powers kami nina Ate Jo at Kate. Medyo nanibago lang, syempre, pero masaya ‘yung naging taping namin.

“It was definitely a different experience, taping under the new normal,” Kate shared. “Malaki ‘yung naging adjustments and it was challenging for us.  But it’s also memorable and fun kasi I got to work with Mikee and Ate Jo again and this time it’s for a children’s fantasy show.”

Jasmine (Mikee) happily grew up in her adoptive family. But when she starts to have recurring dreams about witches, she begins to wonder who her real parents are. She then crosses paths with Lily (Jo), a little white witch sent to the mortal world to find her.

When Lily tells Jasmine she is the daughter of a powerful witch, she goes on a mission to find her mother. Together, they go through a magical adventure to the witch world. After being zapped by a spell, Lily – now portrayed by Kate Valdez – will try to stop Jasmine from becoming a black witch, just like her mother, Rosa.

Don’t miss their magical adventure in “Daig Kayo Ng Lola Ko” this Sunday, 7:05 p.m., after 24 Oras Weekend on GMA-7.
