After more than a year of keeping viewers on the edge of their seats, daytime drama Ika-6 Na Utos finally concludes with a must-see finale on March 17 on GMA’s top-rating Afternoon Prime block.
The phenomenal series, under the helm of director Laurice Guillen, has been the talk of the town not only for its viral confrontation scenes which took its audience on a roller coaster of emotions but also for its characters which have become part of the daily lives of the Filipino viewers.
Headlined by Sunshine Dizon, Ryza Cenon and Gabby Concepcion, viewers were glued to their TV screens as
they followed the intertwined lives of Emma, Georgia and Rome. Now that the soap is down to its last episodes, they shared the valuable lessons they want the viewers to learn from the show.
Portraying Emma is both a challenging and fulfilling role for Sunshine. Through the show and her character, the Kapuso actress hopes that married couples learn to remain faithful to their vows and be loyal to their partners.
“Walang mabuting naidudulot ang lokohin ang taong pinangakuan mong mamahalin at iingatan. Intentional or not, this can lead us to hurting the people around us especially if we have children. Like Emma, we should fight for what is ours and we should never back down no matter what challenge we may face in life,” she says.
For Gabby, he has many good and memorable things to remember as well as lessons learned while playing the role of the philandering husband in the drama series.
“I learned the value of honesty, to be humble and grounded. Lahat naman yan ay pinagdadaanan sa tunay na buhay. Nobody is perfect. I hope there is room for forgiveness, change, love and eventually blessings,” Gabby states.
Ryza, in turn, shared her message to all the women who got addicted and sympathized with her character Georgia, “My ultimate message is for those who can relate to Georgia’s dilemma. We should love and respect ourselves bago magmahal ng iba kasi may tendency na makagawa ka ng masama dahil wala ka ng tinira sa sarili mo.”
