The advertisement presents Christian Bautista embodying Aqua from Blackwater Classic, which is effortlessly cool like the city streets he inhabits. It also shows Derrick Monasterio enjoying a scooter ride through the outdoors, giving recall to the outdoorsy Oak from the Blackwater Men 2 line. Meanwhile, Mac Belo brings to life Blackwater Sport #3 as he is seen playing hoops with his Philippine Basketball Association teammates.
Like the characters they portray in the TVC, Christian – a long time endorser of Blackwater – always goes for scents that are timeless and can cater to his different facets. As thus, he chooses the Classic line, touted as the scent of “every man,” with its collection that caters to different styles and moods. As for self-confessed “super human” Derrick, he prefers the nature-inspired smell of the Blackwater 2 collection as it caters to adventure-seekers like him looking to express their unique individual styles. And lastly, PBA athlete Mac Belo chooses the Blackwater Sport to keep him smelling good and feeling good as he sweats it out in the basketball court.
